The Vibrant Life Coaching Programme is for those who feel stuck in "survival" mode, but know there's more to life. This is not about pushing harder or temporary "fixes". Instead we work with your nervous system & your mind to uncover the root cause of your issues, unwinding old survival patterns, reconnecting with your true self, and helping you build a life that feels nourishing, energising, and authentically yours.

We clarify what you'd like to achieve & who you'd like to become based on your desires, values and goals. We identify what's currently in the way and start gently working with your nervous system.​​

To equip you to start tackling your blocks without a sense of shame or fear, we start to build your internal sense of safety and stability by working with your nervous system.

As you work towards creating the changes you desire, blocks will come up that previously would’ve made you self-sabotage.

 

We gently work through these fears, shame, and unhelpful tendencies, allowing you to move forward with motivation.​

With newfound clarity and strength, you’ll plan, take action and adapt your past behaviours from an inspired place.

 

By working with body and mind, you’ll feel empowered to tackle what once felt daunting and transform action into a source of energy.​​

​This stage focuses on maintaining momentum as you keep achieving more and more.

 

You’ll continue moving forward through each new challenge, using the skills, tools and insights gained to maintain authentic action and growth.

What's included

The Vibrant Life Coaching Programme offers a holistic trauma-informed approach combining classic coaching methods with somatic nervous system work for full impact results.

Programme Details:

15 Sessions:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly

  • We use a mix of coaching and root cause therapy sessions.
     

Session Length: 50 minutes each (with some special sessions lasting 60 or 90 minutes)

  • Educational resources to help you understand your experience better

  • Guided meditations
